Cordelia Kidd Humphries

Cordelia Kidd Humphries, 77, of Camilla, died Thursday,

September 02, 2010 in Beaufort, S.C.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 5 at Parker-

Bramlett Funeral Home with interment in Branchville United

Methodist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Lynn Roberts will officiate.

Born July 30, 1933 in Baker County, Mrs. Humphries was the daughter

of the late William Jeffries and Laura Frances Edwards Kidd.  She was

married to the late Wayne E. Humphries.  Mrs. Humphries was a retired

school teacher and administrator, having taught in Cobb County, Grady

County, Mitchell County, and Pelham City Schools.  She was a member

of Branchville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Norma Allen & husband, Michael, of

Beaufort, S.C.;  one grandson, Stephan Dukes & wife, Michele, of

Pawleys Island, S.C.;  one great granddaughter, Abigail Dukes of

Pawleys Island, S.C.;  and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. Saturday, September 4 at

Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.

Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
