James C. Hill

James C. Hill, 79, of Camilla, died Sunday, January 15, 2012 at his

residence.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday,  January 17, 2012 at

Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home with interment in Oakview Cemetery

with military honors.  Rev. Joe Poitevint will officiate.

Born March 31, 1932 in Berkeley Co., South Carolina,  Mr. Hill was

the son of the late Claudia West and Charlie W. Hill.  He was retired

from the United States Postal Service and the United States Air Force. 

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin and Charles Hill.

Survivors include his wife Margaret Shiver Hill, of Camilla;  son Joel Hill

and wife Randi, of Buford, GA;  daughter Karen High and husband

Lewis, of Camilla, Ga;  two sisters, Lois Hill Markham, Ridgeville, S.C.

and Mary Bess Hill Maddox, of Pineville, La;  four grandchildren, Kaitlyn

High, Brittani Hill, Rachel High, and Shelbi Grace Hill;  and numerous

nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Monday, January 16  at Parker-Bramlett

Funeral Home.

Pine Cliff Road, Camilla, Ga. 31730.
