Obituary for James Henry Hynote

James Henry Hynote, 70, of Camilla died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Willson Hospice House in Albany.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 1 at Union Grove Baptist Church with interment in Union Grove Church Cemetery. Rev. Doug Hall will officiate.

Born October 2, 1948 in Mitchell County, Mr. Hynote was the son of the late Charlie Lee Hynote and Jewel James Hynote. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marie Pollock Hynote and two brothers, Robert Hynote and Jack Hynote. Mr. Hynote was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and had worked with Big Boy Meats and also as a diesel mechanic. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in the Vietnam War.

Survivors include two sons, Kenny Hynote (Jennifer) of Camilla and Kevin Hynote of Camilla; two brothers, Coy Hynote (Sandy) of Sale City and Nicky Hynote (Cindy) of Camilla; three sisters, Marian Ripko of Valdosta, Dorothy Brown of Valdosta, and Bonnie Hanna (Lamar) of Sale City; three grandchildren, Zane Hynote, Katie Hynote, and Robert Watson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, May 31 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.

Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
